If you're selling a home in Eureka, the City requires the upper (house-to-property-line) and lower (property-line-to-main) sewer laterals to be inspected and certified. We do this regularly and know the City's process. We can also do the repair work the inspection turns up.
On septic systems, we work on the line side of the tank — sewer lines into the tank, pump and replace pumps, and call in a tank pumper when needed. We don't pump tanks ourselves.
