We work with customer-supplied fixtures (bring whatever you already bought) or pick a quality unit if you don't want to shop. Either way, we set everything plumb, replace the shutoff valves and supply lines while we're there, and pressure-test before we leave.

On toilets, a complete rebuild — new fill valve, flapper, supply, wax ring, bolts — often makes more sense than a swap if the bowl itself is fine. We'll tell you which is the better call.
